Research On Industry-city Integration For Changsha Economic And Technical Development Zone

Development zone plays a crucial role in the process of China’s urbanization and industrialization, but because of some reasons, like the purpose of establishment and functional orientation, there is a series of problems in the development zones about the separation of industrial function and city function. Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone not only the backbone of industrialization of Hunan, but also an important area of urbanization of Changsha. With the rapid development of the park, the development of industrial function and city function become uncoordinated, inadequate facilities and poor living environment led to living and work space separated, tidal traffic problems, and so on. All these problems hindering the sustainable development of industrial parks and population agglomeration. So the research on Industry-city Integration for Changsha Economic and Technical Development Zone, which is conducive to flndustry-city Integration of park,and become more livable and appropriate business.This paper introduce some relevant theories, methods and research perspectives from geography, economics and other disciplines, combed the relevant theories of Industry-city Integration at home and abroad, take example by some successful experience of typical cases of Industry-city Integration at home and abroad, summarizes the development stages and characteristics of Industry-city of Changsha economic and technological development zone and the current situation. Reseach on the area of planning and actual jurisdiction of Changsha Economic and Technical Development Zone, combined with dates of survey and statistics, using the method of fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive analysis measure the degree of Industry-city Integration of Changsha Economic and Technical Development Zone, and analyze influence factors and dynamic mechanism of Industry-city Integration, put forward the strategy to promote the development of Industry-city Integration of Changsha Economic and Technical Development Zone. Firstly, government intervention in land supply, function and layout of industry as well as the supply of public facilities in the park. Secondly, in the influence of the market operation mechanism corporate pursuit of economic interests promote Construction of urban functions. Finally, Social development needs Industry-city Integration development. Social development include urbanization development and human development. In general These three power promote Industry-city of Changsha Economic and Technical Development Zone continuous integration development.(3) The strategy of Industry-city Integration of Changsha Economic and Technical Development Zone:By constructing a rational industrial system, to enhance the level of industrial development; improve facilities and improve the environment, diversify the function of the park to promote the integration of population; reasonable and appropriate planning to promote the integration of space.
