In 2016,the total number of migrant workers in China reached 280 million people,of which the number of new generation of migrant workers was 139 million,and it gradually become the main force of migrant workers groups.The new generation of migrant workers have their own unique heterogeneity,this group is not inclined to fall roots,they want to integrate into the city.at the same time,the new generation of migrant workers to increase the demand for pension,on the one hand,part of the new generation of migrant workers on the " The end of the family structure makes the family pension function weakened,most of them do not have farming experience,coupled with the low income of the land is difficult to meet the needs of life,more and more Many of the new generation of migrant workers began to realize that social endowment insurance is able to achieve "old and raised" approach.On the other hand,China's long-standing dual household registration system and the current design of the old-age insurance system hinder the integration of new generation of migrant workers into the city.Commercial endowment insurance and urban and rural residents pension insurance is not practical for the new generation of migrant workers,there is no doubt that urban workers endowment insurance is the best way to solve this group pension bottleneck.although the proposed migrant workers into the scope of the old-age insurance insurance,but subject to a variety of subjective and objective Factors,the new generation of migrant workers to participate in the situation of pension insurance is not optimistic.In order to understand the situation of the new generation of migrant workers in Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of the basic old-age insurance of the urban workers in Anhui Province by collecting the first-hand data through field research.Firstly,the concept,characteristics and related theoretical basis of the new generation of migrant workers are expounded,and the status of the group with huge insured group,low participation rate and insured willingness,and lack of insured ability are analyzed.Secondly,through the questionnaire design and field investigation,the basic results of the sample statistics are sorted out and the factors that restrict the insemination of the new generation of migrant workers in Anhui Province are analyzed.Finally,the factors affecting the basic old-age insurance of migrant workers in Anhui Province were compared and the duplicate variables were excluded.The principal component analysis and binary logistic regression wereused to analyze the influencing factors and the influencing factors Empirical analysis.The empirical study shows that the proportion of the new generation of migrant workers in Anhui Province is 38.3% of the basic old-age insurance,and the insured rate is low.Individual factors,policy factors,cognitive factors,occupational factors and family factors Floating population to participate in urban workers endowment insurance have an impact;whether the impact of the local population is the largest,followed by the proportion of individual contributions to identify,whether to understand the relevant policies of the old-age insurance,their units are willing to pay their employees pension insurance,Income and whether the spouse or children are local.Based on the results of empirical analysis,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: By improving the transfer of the old-age insurance of the employees,reducing the difficulty of the participation of the floating population in the field,reducing the proportion of the new generation of migrant workers to participate in the old-age insurance,,Standardize the employment of enterprises and increase the income of the new generation of migrant workers to improve the income of Anhui Province,the new generation of migrant workers pension insurance rate.
