Study On The Influencing Factors Of New Generation Migrant Workers Participating In Social Endowment Insurance In Ji'nan

Since the late 1970 s,the urban and rural economic system reform has been developing rapidly under the background of urbanization and industrialization.More and more farmers are leaving the countryside to work in cities,becoming the urban migrant workers.With the development of the economy and society,the intergenerational differentiation has emerged within the migrant workers.The new generation of migrant workers born after 1980 have become the main body of the migrant workers.The new generation of migrant workers to improve their own economic conditions at the same time,made a great contribution to the construction and development of the city,but the new generation of migrant workers city industrial workers identity has not been generally accepted by the society,causing them to become unprotected "edge city",and the rights and interests of social security problems of the new generation of migrant workers have become increasingly prominent attention.However,in recent years,the research on the new generation of migrant workers in the academic field is mainly focused on the characteristics and status quo of the new generation of migrant workers,social integration,housing security,citizenization and so on.There are not many discussions on the new generation of migrant workers' endowment insurance.Is the capital city of Ji'nan Province in eastern China economy in Shandong Province,is the first area of old and new energy conversion,since the reform and opening up,a large number of rural surplus labor to Ji'nan workers,effectively promoted the development of Ji'nan city in the process,however,the new generation of migrant workers including migrant workers working in Ji'nan during the period of social security rights and interests can not be effectively protected.The study of the new generation of migrant workers in Ji'nan is of great significance to help Ji'nan achieve the transformation of new and old energy,create the "four centers" and build modern springs.Social endowment insurance,including pension insurance institutions,urban and rural residents in the basic old-age insurance and pension insurance,a survey shows that most of the new generation of migrant workers did not participate in any social endowment insurance,the insured in the new generation of migrant workers groups,take part in the urban and rural residents in the basic old-age insurance,the other part in the old-age insurance for enterprise employees.In order to explore the influence factors of the new generation of migrant workers to participate in social pension insurance and the affecting factors of the new generation of migrant workers insured types,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey in Ji'nan City,the use of descriptive statistical analysis,single factor analysis,two Logistics regression and correlation analysis with survey data,analysis of influence factors of the new generation of migrant workers to participate in social pension insurance.Draw the following conclusions: age,education level,monthly income,industry,pension risk awareness of social pension insurance policy satisfaction are the main factors that influence the behavior of participating in the new generation of migrant workers;education,labor relations,and the main industry,the nature of units,labor contract,occupation training,whether the home farm,pension concept and Ji'nan life satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers choose insurance category.According to the research conclusions,the new generation of migrant workers to improve the income level,improve the labor contract signing rate of the new generation of migrant workers,improve the consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers pension,social pension insurance policy to do propaganda work,strengthen the employer's supervision and guidance,improve the human capital and other countermeasures of the new generation of migrant workers.
