Study On The Influencing Factors Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers' Participation In The Basic Endowment Insurance For Urban Workers

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and the urbanization process has been accelerated.The urbanization rate has increased from 16.65% at the end of 1978 to 60.60% at the end of 2019.In this process,migrant workers played an important role.In the context of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers should not be ignored to ensure that the fruits of reform and opening up benefit all the people,and the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers in the elderly is the top priority.In 2017,the proportion of the new generation of migrant workers in China exceeded 50% for the first time.New generation of migrant workers in the way of life,distinctive in aspects such as thinking mode,they intend to peasant's more intense,more willing to blend in cities,the pursuit of a higher quality of life,but this group to participate in the town worker is basic endowment insurance situation is not optimistic,which will directly damage the Cenozoic migrant workers enjoy the same pension rights and interests,and the town worker will also aggravate the future pension financial burden in our country.In addition,China has introduced a series of laws and regulations to encourage and support migrant workers who work in cities and towns to participate in the basic old-age insurance for urban workers in accordance with the law,without being restricted by their rural household registration.In this case,the problem of the new generation of migrant workers participating in the basic endowment insurance for urban workers should be widely concerned by the society.Based on the new generation of migrant workers in hebei province as the investigation object,in order to study the influence of the new generation of migrant workers to participate in the town worker is basic endowment insurance factors,on the basis of the relevant academic research,combined with personalized features and characteristics of new generation migrant workers demand,select personal basic situation,family basic situation,basic situation of urbanization of cognitive situation,policy,factors of five dimensions,which is divided into 12 secondary indicators,through the sample questionnaire descriptive statistics and Logistic regression analysis of the sample data,it is concluded that: The monthly income level,the signing of labor contracts,the number of job changes,the degree of understanding of policies,and the willingness of citizenization have a significant impact on the new generation of migrant workers to participate in the basic pension insurance for urban workers.In order to further promote the new generation of migrant workers to actively take part in town worker is basic endowment insurance,this paper argues that increase the earning ability of a new generation of migrant workers is to facilitate the ginseng root,enhanced the working stability of the new generation of migrant workers is the guarantee of promoting the ginseng,enhance cognitive ability is to promote the new generation of migrant workers policy coverage,the premise of the process of urbanization of new generation of migrant workers is to improve its coverage.This article hopes to further improve the new generation of migrant workers urban workers basic pension insurance participation rate,protect the new generation of migrant workers pension rights and interests,promote the process of citizenization of migrant workers to provide useful reference.
