| More and more people are moving into cities during the process of urbanization of our country. Migrants made great contribution to urban economical, social and cultural development. However, the problem of the integration of migrants remains unsolved until now. The problem of accommodation, which serves as the carrier of a normal life, is the most crucial for migrants to settle down in cities and to integrate into society, the influence of migrants is mainly studied in current researches from such points of views as individual characters, human resources and so on. Few scholars paid attention to the effect of accommodation and economical, institutional and environmental factors related to accommodation on social integration.In this article mechanism of the influence of economical, institutional and environmental availability and their interaction with each other are based on the results of investigation and the statistics collected from questionnaire survey in Qingdao city, Shandong Province in 2014. Those problems are also represented on Logistic model and semi-logarithmic regression model and are discussed from three dimensions:cultural integration, social integration and psychological integration. This article deeply discusses relevant factors concerning the availability of accommodation and the mechanisms of action that would influence the economic availability, institutional availability and environmental availability in regard to the social integration of urban migrants, in order to understand the present situation in the process of social integration of urban migrants as well as the influence factors and the existing problems, so as to raise targeted policy recommendations.This paper discovers that the availability of accommodation plays a key role in the social integration of urban migrants. At the same time, economical, social and environmental availability also makes sufficient effect on social integration of migrants.First of all, the way of house acquisition, cost of living and living space have significant correlation with the social integration. The way of house acquisition effects cultural and social integration of migrants, while the living cost has influence on the cultural, social and psychological integration of migrants.Secondly, economical, institutional and environmental availability have significant correlation with accommodation availability. Registered permanent residence and situation of surroundings effect the way of house acquisition, living cost and living space; while salary, occupation and types of registered permanent residence have influence on the living expense of migrants.Thirdly, economical, institutional and environmental availability have conspicuous effect on social integration of migrants, including the influence of salary on cultural, social and psychological integration, the influence of registered permanent residence on cultural and social integration and the influence of environment on cultural and psychological integration of migrants. |
