Study On Cuttage Seedling Test For The GuiLv1 Tea

To find the best methods of fast breeding technique to promote the growth of the sapling cuttage of GuiLv 1 tea.we compare different experiments between the way of cultivating tea tree,such as sterilizing the seedbed soil,using seedbed overlay,using growth regulator to promoting maternal growth and rooting,comparing different lengths of sapling cuttings,for the best way to breeding the GuiLv 1 cuttage tea.The main results were as follows:l.By replacing matting yellow subsoil to sterilizing the seedbed soil with harmless pesticides. We find that to combine the sterilizing to the soils and covering the seedbeds with black plastic can not only holding temperature and keeping humidity in spring and winter,but also keeping the weeds out and reducing the costs of weeding. Then,it can improve the survival rate of cutting and outplanting.In this study,the survival rate^ seedling heights stem diameter growth of covering black membrane is higher than the contrast team and insignificant.The survival rate of outplanting is higher than the contrast team and significant,so covering black membrane can promoting the survival rate of outplanting.2.Applying ABT growth regulator to real the nick of root-cutting and to spray foliar for treating,it could rooting rapidly and shoot grow fast on the ground.Then,it could improve the survival rate,compared with controls 0.7-16.5%,and the same of outplanting rate is 0.2-30.2%.3.To cut a short spike that a bud,and a leaves,and a internode cutting in general,the lateral budding grow farther than the inferior budding,due to the difference between the two budding.The sapling cuttage of GuiLv 1 is emerge a disaccord growth,the upper branch shoots is block the inferior and is to lead a lower conformity outplanting rate.In this study,we seclect the same length of branches (long 20-30cm, stem-thick 0.3-0.5cm) sapling cuttings,which have the same propagation coefficient to the short spike cutting,as long as roots sound mature,it can outplanting about 4 months which is a rapid outplanting.
