In recent years, with the substantial increasing in the import and export trade of Jiangsu Province, theincreasing carrying dangerous pests immigration would threaten national resources. To prevent dangerous pestsassociated with woods impair the ecological safety of the Jiangsu area, garden scenic, urban construction,implement the collect analysis of imported woods pests in Jiangsu and control regulation is quite important. Onthe basis of analysis, this paper proposes regulation and control measures.This paper shows analysis of epidemic woods in Jiangsu during2007-2013. The result shows that:(1)since2007the batches of woods imported was increasing, along with the pests increased.(2)The epidemic of woodsintercepted from45countries include Cameroon, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon islands, Gabon, Russia,Congo and New Zealand(cloth) have a pretty high frequency, compare with90countries.(3)The most types ofpests intercepted from woods imported in Jiangsu was Coleoptera, among them mainly include CerambycidaeCurculionoidea and Isoptera. Quarantine pests were increasing Significant during7years, among them insectsaccount for99.7%was the most, other quarantine pest account for just0.3%; Curculionoidea account for54.9%was the most of quarantine insects, both Cerambycidae and Isoptera account for15.9%, other insects account for13.3%.This paper makes a risk assessment for quarantine insects Neoclytus acuminatus, Heterobostrychusaequalis and Platypus parallelus, according to the analysis of the possibility and the consequences ofhost colonization, adaptability, diffusion, introduction and spread risk assessment, the results show that thesequarantine insects have high risk.This paper discusses the use of molecular biology detection and identification technology, as it is difficultto make a rapid and accurate identification when we intercept insect larvae, eggs or incomplete body. This papershows high sensitivity, strong specificity specific PCR primer of Hyphantria cune, acroding to select primersdesigned based on CO I gene and other published gene fragment as template. Establish the reaction system ofHyphantria cune nucleic acid detection combining specific PCR primer with the nucleic acid isothermalamplification technology. Use nucleic acid thin layer chromatography detection technology for detecting nucleicacid amplification product, gene diagnosis strip is developed to detect Hyphantria cune simply, quickly, strongspecificity and high sensitivity.Finally, a brief overview of imported wood quarantine treatment method and integrated controlof wood pest technology; analyzed problems existing in the work of imported woods quarantine, and putforward the countermeasure; it also discusses the new quarantine supervision mode of woods.
