Forest Ecological Compensation In Leigongshan Nature Reserve

Recently, the documentary about the haze has aroused public attention in environmental issues, our country is facing with not only haze but also all kinds of environmental problems. Forest is become more and more important in protecting human survival environment,Leigongshan nature reserve possesses a rich natural resource base, especially forest resources, It is an ecological barrier for the downstream region of the Yangtze River and Pearl River,which is important in protecting the survival environment in guizhou province at the same time.So, To research the forest ecological compensation of Leigongshan nature reserve is a way to to promote the local forest construction ability and coordinate all aspects for common development in this area.First of all,this article expatiates the academics’ theoretical research and summarizes the practice of forest ecological compensation from the international to domestic, then it defines and expounds the related concepts of forest ecological compensation and based on the value theory, public goods theory, externality theory to research the forest ecological compensation of Leigongshan nature reserve; I selected Leishan county in Leigongshan nature reserve as the research site, during the survey, I visited farmers, environmental protection bureau, forestry bureau, nature reserve competent authority and so on, I used questionnaire survey, structural interview and other forms to collect relevant data and information, I have learned the distribution of forest in this area and other situations, such as traffic,social culture,natural geography and so on. I analyzed the situation and problems of forest ecological compensation in Leigongshan nature reserve, then achieved some conclusions; I have examined some methods of establish standards of forest ecological compensation,then chose six service function indexes,quantified the total forest ecosystem service function value in this area and took this as the upper limit of forest ecological compensation standard, I hope these calculations would provide basis for making compensation standard in reserve; Finally, the study trys to build forest ecological compensation mechanism in Leigongshan nature reserve, analyzes the various elements about nature reserve forest ecological compensation mechanism and proposes some policy advises to accelerate the establishment of forest ecological compensation mechanism at reserve; Finally, the study trys to build forest ecological compensation mechanism in Leigongshan nature reserve, analyzes the various elements about nature reserve forest ecological compensation mechanism and proposes some policy advises to accelerate the establishment of forest ecological compensation mechanism in reserve.
