China has the largest population with plenty of space, but the average resource per capita is relatively low. People still rely on the past experience during the agricultural production, so the usage ratio for various resources is low-level as well. Temperature and humidity of air, Carbon Dioxide, sunlight, temperature and humidity of soil and other factors play key roles on the growth of plants during the agricultural production. It is very hard to measure accurately simply based on the previous experience. Therefore, the circumstance would lead to low production and quality. With the rapid development of modern technology, Internet and Wireless data transmission, studying reasonable and corresponding to China current situation’s agricultural management has become China modern agricultural development tendency.The essay discusses and designs the agricultural auto-control system based on the WEB. The research received the support, Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Plan and Special Work Projects(16227003D), which is “Development of micro-irrigation auto-fertilize device”. “ The low velocity of flow accurate flowmeter” and “Auto-fertilize device applied in fields” has obtained Utility Model Patent.The main research results1.By utilizing EXTJS research, design the WEB user platform based on agricultural management control system. The platform has been improved from the technical perspective. Also, it has a user-friendly interface and strong compatibility, etc.2.The research has built data transmission repeaters based on regional scheduling mechanism. Collected data by multiple data collectors from random surroundings need to be transmitted to the terminal server thousands kms away. The repeater radius is 600 m. Single GPRS device need to be used to communicate with terminal server in a certain range. And the communication repeater schedules a number of data collectors, which could largely low the network cost caused by data collecting. Such design has practical value during the actual production.3.By utilizing multithreading technique build the network communication interface. The interface would build separate thread to each data communication repeater in terminal server program. Instructed by data communication repeater in order to implement wireless decoder online. Meanwhile, by collecting the surroundings parameters by remote data collector, like temperature and humidity of air, Carbon Dioxide, sunlight, temperature and humidity of soil, etc and save all of these into the server. By utilizing the multithreading technique, it largely improved the efficiency of spot data collection and remote control from the terminal server.4.Research of expert’s decision-making system. The system is dedicated to control the surroundings parameters for plants, to accomplish the goal of factory production and intellectualization in agriculture. Expert’s decision-making system, as a new-type technology, is the direction of future intellectual agriculture.
