This paper choosing five kinds of flowers and trees from the Viburnum plants V.macrocephalum f.keteleeri、V.plicatum f.tomentosum、V.propinquum、V.opulus var.calvescens、V.tinus. as research object, V.odoratissimum as a reference group at the same time, cuttage breeding characteristics and ecological adaptability of thegenus Viburnum tests were conducted to provide a set of reference data for its resource devel-opment and application in Changsha.The main contributions of this paper are list as follows:V.tinus.4 hours NAA100mg/L treatment in river sand, has the highest rooting rate equally, reached 84.33%; In 4 hours IAA100mg/L treatment in coir, it has the maximum lateral roots,21 in the center of five Viburnum plants; And in 12 hours NAA100mg/L treatment in peat soil+perlite (2:1), has the longest adventitious roots, 48.33mm longest of five Viburnum plants. V.plicatum f.tomentosum,12 hours IAA50+NAA50mg/L treatment in coir, has the highest rooting rate equally, reached 83.33%. It’s the highest rooting rates in all experiment with same factors. In 12 hours IAA100mg/L treatment in peat soil+perlite, it has the maximum lateral roots, reached 24, which is the most of five Viburnum plants; In the IAA50mg/L treatment in peat soil+perlite, has the longest adventitious roots, reached 41.67mm. V.macrocephalum f.keteleeri cutting shoot,12 hours treatment in both IAA50+NAA50mg/L and IAA50mg/L in coir, has the highest rooting rate equally, reached 53.33%. In 12 hours IAA50+NAA50mg/L treatment in coir, it has the maximum lateral roots, reached 15.33 , and in the IAA50+NAA50mg/L treatment in river sand, has the longest adventitious roots, reached 19.17mm. V.propinquum cutting shoot,4 hours treatment in both IAA50+NAA50mg/L and NAA50mg/L in coir, has the highest rooting rate equally, reached 51.33%, and in the IAA50+NAA50mg/L treatment in coir, has the maximum lateral roots, reached 19. The average length of adventitious roots of V.propinquum cutting shoot is low in the experiment, in the 12 hours NAA50mg/L treatment in peat soil+perlite, has the longest adventitious roots, reached 13.67mm. V.opulus var. calvescens,12 hours treatment in both NAA100mg/L and IAA50+NAA50mg/L in peat soil+perlite, has the highest rooting rate equally, reached 86.67%; and in the 12 hours IAA100mg/L treatment in coir, has the maximum lateral roots, reached 22.67; In the 12 hours 1AA50mg/L treatment in peat soil+perlite, has the longest adventitious roots, reached 41.67mm.Five the survival rate of Viburnum L:V.tinus> V.opulus vai.calvescens> V.plicatum f.tomentosum> V.macrocephalum tketeleeri> V.propinquum. The number of lateral roots:V.plicatum ttomentosum> V.opulus vax.calvescens> V.tinus> V.macrocephalum f.keteleeri> V.propinquum. Average length of adventitious root: V.plicatum ttomentosum> V.opulus vax.calvescens> V.tinus> V.macrocephalum tketeleeri> V.propinquum.The survival of cuttings of five Viburnum seedling transplanting basin after two weeks. Proline content:V.opulus var.calvescens> V.macrocephalum tketeleeri> V.propinquum> V.tinus> V.plicatum ttomentosum. Soluble protein content is basically close to, MDA content:V.tinus> V.opulus vai.calvescens> V.propinquum> V.macrocephalum tketeleeri> V.plicatum ttomentosum. Peroxidase content: V.propinquum> V.macrocephalum tketeleeri> V.opulus var.calvescens> V.tinus> V.plicatum ttomentosum. Catalase content:V.propinquum> V.tinus> V.macrocephalum tketeleeri> V.plicatum ttomentosum> V.opulus vax.calvescens. Total antioxidant capacity:V.macrocephalum tketeleeri> V.opulus vai.calvescens> V.propinquum> V.plicatum ttomentosum> V.tinus.
