Based on the foundation of saccharifying ability and acid potential, 11 strains used in this fermentation were obtained from the organisms preserved by the laboratory. Two strains with high-saccharifying ability and acid potential were screened and selected, designated as strain G-C and AG Sole fermentation research on strain AG was adopted to see the effect on energy feed fermentation process using the materials such as maize, wheat and rice. The best process parameters of fermented wheat were established: Inoculum dose was 0.15%, feed to water ratio was 1 to 1.5, temperature was 28℃, initial pH was just in nature state and fermentation duration was 48 h. Under this conditions, the reduced sugar could reach to 472.4 mg/g and the total acids could reach to 1.15% with good drying property. Therefore were choosed as the optimum material for fermentation. The fermentation process of maize and rice were the same as the conditions of wheat fermentation. Under this conditions, the reduced sugar of fermented maize could reach to 280.55 mg/g, the fermented rice could reach to 582.13 mg/g; the total acids of fermented maize could reach to 0.70%, the fermented rice could reach to 0.79%. Because of the problems encountered in industrial manipulations, maize and rice were not selected as materials for fermentation. The pilot-scale study on strain AG was adopted to find the best process parameters of wheat fermentation. The results were confirmed: 400 kg wheat steam and cooking for 1 h, steam fumigation 20 min, with 0.3% inoculum, the initial fermentation temperature was 35℃, pH value of nature, with a high fermentation stockpile at 30 cm, fermentation duration was 72 h. The fermentation product quality is steady with triplicates. After dry crushing, reduced sugar content of fermented wheat was 379.68 mg/g, with 1.13% total acids, and the reduced sugar content was lower than the experiments done under laboratory conditions, which was 478.09 mg/g.The free anti-weaning suckling pig feed is composed of soybean meal feed selected by the microbial fermentation of starch energy fermented, raw materials probiotics and immune Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides. The test piglets, Duroc×Landrace×Yordshire piglets weaned on day 25. The results show that: the experimental group of piglets gained 0.3188 kg daily average, which increased 3.44%, compared to the control group; while the average feed intake of 0.592 day kg in the experimental group, which increased 5.83%, compared to the control group. About the material weight ratio, the test group gained slightly higher than the control group, 1.86 to 1.81 and about the diarrhea rate, the result(1.91%)of the experimental group is higher (15.79%) than that (1.65%) of control group. During these trial periods, there was no Piglet death situation arising. In this study, we confirm that the cost-effective of anti-feed products is slightly higher than merchandise suckling pig feed on the market and it possesses the technical and economic feasibility.
