【objective】1. The detection of CD44v6and PCNA in colorectal cancer patients with theexpression in colorectal cancer tissue and tissue adjacent to carcinoma;2. Understand the expression of CD44v6and PCNA and the relationship betweenclinical pathological factors, discusses whether it can be used as a prognosis indicator;3. In this paper, the large intestine cancer patients with colorectal cancer tissue thecorrelation of CD44v6and PCNA expression;4. Comprehensive analysis of CD44v6and PCNA in colorectal cancer occurrenceand development of the role;5. Analysis of the significance of CD44v6and PCNA expression in colorectalcancer lymph node metastasis6. Analysis of the significance of CD44V6and PCNA evaluation of lymph nodemetastases【method】1.Randomly selected from yanan university hospital in September2011-September2013surgical resection and confirmed by pathological diagnosis of85cases of colorectalcancer tissue samples. Using immunohistochemical SABC method to detect CD44v6andPCNA in the selected study relatively normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma tissue,(fromcancerous tissue is greater than5cm) expression in the situation.2. Access to medical records included in the general population characteristics ofpatients with colorectal cancer information collection (age, sex, occupation, etc.);Clinical data (confirmed time, whether treatment with high blood pressure, etc.); Clinical laboratory data (before the operation, the CA-199CEA); Pathological data(tumor location, size, gross morphology, histological type, differentiation degree, TNMstaging, Dukes staging, lymph node metastasis, etc.).3. The use of statistical software SPSS17.0statistical analysis: CD44v6and PCNApositive expression rate in different groups compared with chi-square; The correlation ofCD44v6and PCNA expression with Spearman rank correlation analysis.【results】1. CD44v6in normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma, metastases tumor tissues andcolorectal cancer tissues were respectively:17.6%,98.1%,80%, significant differencebetween two groups (2=68.71, P <0.01), suggesting CD44v6expression in colorectalcancer tissues.2. PCNA in normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma, metastases tumor tissues andcolorectal cancer tissues were positive, respectively,16.1%,90.2%,70.2%, significantdifference between two groups (2=52.711, P <0.01), suggesting PCNA expression incolorectal cancer tissues.3. in85cases of colorectal cancer,52cases of CD44v6and PCNA positiveexpression in cancerous tissue,13cases were negative expression. In negative CD44v6expression of27cases of colorectal cancer, PCNA nine positive; PCNA expression ofnegative in28cases,10cases of CD44v6have positive: the Spearrnan rank correlationanalysis, the expression of both positively correlated (=0.351, P <0.01).4.50cases with lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer, the expression ofCD44v6positive43patients, the positive expression rate is90%;35patients with nolymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer cases,14cases were positive expression ofCD44v6positive expression rate of60%o CD44v6in cases with lymph node metastasispositive expression rate was significantly higher in the group without lymph nodemetastasis of cases, they are statistically significant differences (=10.818, P <0.01).5.50cases with lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer, the expression of PCNApositive,41cases were positive expression rate is82%;35patients with no lymph nodemetastasis of colorectal cancer cases, PCNA positive expression in11cases positive expression rate of56%. PCNA in the positive expression rate in cases with lymph nodemetastasis group were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis ofcases, they are statistically significant differences (=7.638, P <0.01).【conclusion】1. The study found that CD44V6expression is mainly located in cell membrane, cytoplasm expression, and its positioning in the cell. Statistical analysis found thatCD44V6expression is associated with lymph node metastasis, therefore, we think thatthe expression of CD44V6is a reflection of an independent index of colorectal cancerlymph node metastasis.2. The results show that the intensity of PCNA expression is associated with lymphnode metastasis of cancer. The stronger the tumor cell proliferation activity, is a strongpositive PCNA expression, and the malignant proliferation of tumor cells is the importantcondition of transfer occurs. Therefore, PCNA strong positive expression can be used asa measure of transfer of the state of the useful indicators.3. This study found that CD44V6and PCNA expression, shows strong proliferation oftumor cells can be obtained by the changes of CD44V6expression transfer phenotype, help to transfer form.
