Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system tumors. In recent years, the high incidence of CRC in our country developed third in the digestive tract tumor, and CRC is one of the major causes of cancer-related death in the world. The death rate is rising, from 50 thousand people in 1990 to 700 thousand people in 2010. Along with the social sustainable development in our country, the adjustment of the changes in eating habits, lifestyle and environment pollution, the rise in the incidence of CRC.At present, the occurrence and development of tumor is closely related to the abnormal proliferation of cells, inhibition and apoptosis may be one of the main reasons for abnormal tumor proliferation. In recent years, it has been a hot spot to research the tumor markers related to apoptosis in molecular epidemiology. As a defense system for normal cells, apoptosis can remove the cells and change of gene expression by preventing cells transformed, and if apoptosis is inhibited, gene mutations in the cell will continue to survive, which can lead to tumor occurrence and development..Survivin is a newly discovered apoptosis inhibiting protein, expressed in many human malignant tumors, and overseas. The foreign research about Survivin, as tumor markers, is earlier than that in domestic researchits significance. It is still controversial. Colorectal cancer is a malignant tumor of mortality is higher in our country, its development is more than one gene, phase change process, including cancer gene mutation and tumor-suppressor genes deactivation play an important role. PTEN gene is a tumor suppressor gene, with double specificity phosphatase activity, widely applied to signal molecules in cell signaling pathways, through induction of cell cycle Yin hysteresis and apoptosis inhibition to participate in the development and metastasis of tumor. P53 gene is an important tumor suppressor genes, divided into two kinds of wild type and mutant type and mutant p53 gene is caused to promote cancer gene transformation, cancerous cells. Immunohistochemical detected all of mutant p53, mutant p53 protein can not only promote the growth of cancer cells, and can significantly enhance the invasive ability of tumor cells, promote tumor metastasis. We use the immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of Survivin, PTEN and P53 protein in patients with colon cancer. To explore the relationship between the three factors and colon cancer by non-conditional logistic regression model in the epidemiology. Objective: To detect the expression of Survivin, PTEN and P53 and the relationship with the clinical tumor parameters in the the experimental group(60 cases of colon cancer patients). To explore the role of tumor markers of the three indicators and provide relevant evidence in the early detection and prognosis of the tumor in the epidemiology. Methods: Select 60 cases of patients who received surgical treatment came from Baoding Central Hospital from March 2007 to October 2012. All CRC patients before surgery were not carried out any cancer treatment, including radiation therapy and chemotherapy and all the specimens were confirmed by pathological examination after surgery and confirmed primary all patients, pathological information are complete. And 60 cases of normal colorectal tissues as the control group are apart from cancer tissues at least 5cm. To collect the complete clinical data of 60 cases of CRC patients, including gender, age, height, TNM stage, clinical stage, histological grade and immunohistochemical pathology report and do a complete record. At the same time, we check leak registration, The data were analyzed by using SPSS17.0 statistical software, count data using ?2 test, Correlation using Spearman correlation analysis, α=0.05 as tests, with P<0.05 for the difference was statistical significant. To study the relationship between the expression of Survivin、PTEN and P53 and susceptibility of colon cancer with unconditionalLogistic regression model.Results:1 The expression of Survivin in colon cancer and the relationship with clinical tumor parameters of colon cancer. In 60 cases of colon cancer tissues, there are 38 cases positive expression of Survivin(63.3%); By contrast, In 60 cases of normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma, there are 10 cases of positive expression of Survivin, accounting for 16.7%; Difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of Survivin was closely associated with tumor differentiation degree(P<0.05).2 The expression of PTEN in colon cancer and the relationship with clinical tumor parameters of colon cancer. In 60 cases of colon cancer tissues, there are 33 cases positive expression of PTEN(55.0%); By contrast, In 60 cases of normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma, there are 53 cases of positive expression of PTEN, accounting for 83.3%; Difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of PTEN was closely associated with tumor infiltration depth and tumor location,(P<0.05).3 The expression of P53 in CRC and its correlation with clinical tumor parameters of colon cancer. In 60 cases of colon cancer tissues, there are 33 cases positive expression of P53(55.0%); By contrast, In 60 cases of normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma, there are 5 cases of positive expression of PTEN, accounting for 8.33%; Difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of p53 was closely associated with tumor infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).4 The expression of Survivin, PTEN with p53 in the correlationThe expression of Survivin is positively correlated with the expression of P53(r> 0, P<0.05), negative correlation with the expression of PTEN(r<0, P<0.05).5 By Single factor unconditioned Logistic regression, the expression of Survivin and P53 may indicate a higher risk of colon cancer and the expression of PTEN may indicate a lower risk of colon cancer.Conclusions:1 High expression of Survivin is closely related to the occurrence of colon cancer,, which may be have a certain synergy with p53.2 There was a low level protein expression in PTEN in the CRC,which has a negative correlation with Survivin. They may play a opposite effect in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
