Objective:to observe effects on patients with lower limbs nerve injury was treated by jiaji electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation techniqueMethods:60 patients with lower limbs nerve injury were randomly divided into three groups:jiaji electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique group (group A):electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique group (group B) rehabilitation technique group (group C), there were 20 patients in each group. All patients were treated by neurotrophy medicine. Meanwhile, patients in group A were treated by jiaji electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique:patients in group B were treated by electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation echnique, and patients in group C were treated by rehabilitation technique. Nerve conduction velocity and electromyogram were measured before and after 8 weeks treatment as therapeutic effect index.Results:After 8 weeks treatment, an improvement in nerve conduction velocity and electromyogram of patients in 3 groups compared with before treatment (P<0.05);the nerve conduction velocity of patients in group A were better than them in group B and group C (P<0.05).Conclusion:jiaji electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique, electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique, rehabilitation technique can improve the never electrophysiology of patients with lower limbs nerve injury, further, increase their function. In addition, jiaji electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique is superior to electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique and rehabilitation technique.
