The Research Of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction On Healing Quality And TGR5 Mediated Signal Pathway In Rats With Peptic Ulcer

Ojective:Through the experimental study on the effect of Chinese heral medicine on TGR5 receptor mediated signal transduction pathway, the mechanism of protective effect of Chinese heral medicine on gastric mucosal protection was explored.Methods:SPF grade SD rats were selected to make the model of peptic ulcer y acetic acid. Divided into lank control group, sham operation group, model group, omeprazole group, Chinese medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine plus omeprazole group, n=6, control, sham operation, model group irrigation saline, other groups corresponding irrigation stomach medicine. A total of 28 days. The gastric mucosal ulcer index and the degree of injury, the pathological changes of gastric mucosa, the expression of VEGF, VEGFR and the expression of TGR5 in gastric mucosa were measured.Results:.28days after the traditional Chinese medicine group, omeprazole, omeprazole medicine group were significantly reduced mucosal injury. Each treatment group expansion glands and counting the numer of inflammatory cells was significantly lower than the model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001), and the numer of inflammatory cells in TCM group was significantly higher than western medicine group (P<0.01); mucosal tissue regeneration maturity structure:in group A> Medicines> medicine group> model group, group rates have een slightly etter than western medicine; 28 days model group and Chinese medicine omeprazole group TGR5 expression levels higher than the normal group and omeprazole yl group; each group etween groups VEGF, VEGFR expression levels were not significantly different, ut traditional Chinese medicine group and omeprazole group VEGF, VEGFR expression levels higher than the model group and omeprazole group; each group microvessels, the difference no significant difference (P> 0.05), ut the Medicines and medicine omeprazole group angiogenesis numer higher than the model group.Conclusions:Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can improve the ulcer rats as a model of healing quality, reduce the damage to the mucosa, using a combination of traditional Chinese medicine combined with omeprazole can enhance the expression of TGR5,healing quality better. It is speculated that Yiqi Huoxue recipe may by TGR5 activation of EGFR and generate activated epidermal growth factor in this signaling pathway affect the healing quality.
