Clinical Research Of Uc Treatment By Jianweizhixue Mixture

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of jianweizhixueheji good hemostatic agent in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:By adopting randomized controlled trial(RCT method),the 80 patients with intestine ulcerative colitis are randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 in treatment group and the other 40 in the control group. The treatment group is given a combined treatment of oral Mesalazine SR Granules and jianweizhixueheji retention enema while the control group only takes oral Mesalazine SR Granules. The duration of the treatment is 2 weeks for both groups. Observation is made on improvement in both groups on clinical symptoms like diarrhea, bloody mucopurulent stool, abdominal pain before and after treatment and recovery of intestinal mucosa by endoscopic.Results : Inter-group comparison shows statistical significance(P<0.05) in after treatment diarrhea, bloody mucopurulent stool, abdominal pain. After treatment comparison shows that the score of Pus and bloody stool of the treatment group is significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). The number is also smaller in abdominal pain and diarrhea(P<0.05). Statistical significance is found in before-and-after-treatmentcomparison for score of intestinal mucosa lesion(P<0.05);After treatment comparison shows statistical significance in difference group(P<0.05), Statistical significance is found between total clinical comprehensive curative effect( P<0.05), and the result of the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusions:jianweizhixueheji good hemostatic agent has effective clinical effect in curing ulcerative colitis. It can relieve clinical symptoms of diarrhea, bloody mucopurulent stool and abdominal pain,and intestinal mucosa lesion. No pharmaceutical side effect is found in treatment. So it has extensive clinical application.
