Research On The Coordinated Development Between Industrial Structure And Employment Structure In Fuxin

Co-adaptation and accommodation between industrial structure and employmentstructure is essential for the healthy development of national economy. In fact, bothevolvement and adjustment of industrial and employment structure belong to the optimizationof resource distribution. Firstly, it is the carrier of employment for industrial departments, sothe composition of employment structure is decided by industry in one particular aspect,which illustrates the changes in the structure of employment are caused by the industrialstructure. Secondly, in the process of evolvement of industrial structure, if left withoutmatching with employment structure, the industrial structure adjustment would be lag behind.Fuxin city is selected as a pilot implementation of transformation of resource-dependent cityby state council of china and after that, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structureask for the transformation of employment structure. Compared with the former one, itstransformative direction is more or less the same, but differentiates in degree. Besides, it has alarge derivation in the structure. Therefore it indicates that, to some extent, there is lack ofcoordination with each other.The thesis makes a general study of industrial structure and employment structure in therecent years in Fuxin city through categorization and analysis of relevant researches ofliterature review at home and abroad and related data in industry and employment of Fuxincity in order to have a harmonious relationship between industrial structure and employmentstructure to promote economic development in Fuxin city. The author analyzes and concludesfeatures in evolution and trends in change of industrial structure and employment structure inFuxin city through tables and figures and meanwhile, the current situation is illustrated aswell. In the following parts, the author makes a further study of the relevant situations ofindustrial structure and employment structure in Fuxin from the perspective of correlationanalysis, comparative analysis of productivity of labor and the analysis of employmentelasticity and structure deviation and eventually put forward some suggestions to help topromote the coordinated development of the issues above. They are as follows: the rationaldistribution of the three industries; optimizing the industrial structure and improving theservice level and so on. The studies in the thesis have a great and practical significance oncoordinated development in the process of development of economy and society and at the same time, it offers some invaluable suggestions on the industrial structure and employmentstructure of some other resource-based cities in some aspect.
