Objective:On the base of research results in the past,this thesis will further explore thepsychological mechanism.Studying whether the Meta-cognition Intervention Technique cancure Interpersonal Sensitivity for College students and doing a further study on the effect oftreatment,providing clinical reference for the psychology intervention on InterpersonalSensitivity.Methods:It used Meta-cognition Intervention Technique which developed by liaoningnormal university professor Jin Hongyuan,to intervene six college students visitors ofInterpersonal Sensitivity.Take different subjects the same behavior as well as the samesubjects varying behavior of small sample multiple baseline experimental design.It takes thebefore treatment and after treatment scores of Symptom Checklist90(SCL-90) andinterpersonal relationships assessment scale for the standard of the curing.And then, it usesthe self-made subjective satisfaction to record the experience in interpersonalcommunication,strength of interpersonal sensitivity under different interpersonal situationsand takes the results as indicators of multiple baseline experimental design.Results:After the intervention,the result of the six clients’SCL-90and interpersonalrelationships assessment scale shows that all the scores of factors and total points are lowerthan the demarcation,highest subscales of interpersonal relationships assessment scaleincluded.The Multiple-baseline chart shows that the A,B,C clients’subjective satisfaction ofinterpersonal communication increase obviously, and the strength of interpersonal sensitivityunder different interpersonal situations of the other three clients is decreasing obviously; threetimes in the six-month follow up, all the clients had no evidence of recurrence.Conclusion: the key factor of treatment of interpersonal sensitivity is the negativesubconscious conditioned emotional cycle.Meta-cognition Intervention Technique is effectiveon the treatment of visitors’ sensitive to negative emotions,so that it can cure InterpersonalSensitivity for College students in a effective way.All the clients applied metacognitiveknowledge actively and had no evidence of recurrence of three times follow up in six-month.
