The Study On Chinese-uyghur Translation Skills By The Illustration Of Lexical Level

Since the eighties of last century, Chinese–Uyghur translation studiesin our country developed explosively, has made remarkable achievements.Moreover, innovation in research field, many new ideas, many newcharacters emerged. the quality of translation improved increasingly,translation theory research work has been getting deeper.Amplification, omission and extension methods are commonly usedvocabulary translation skills in the translation practice. translationactivities between any two languages will use these methods. Its originsis to resolve the gap between the way of expression and expression rulesin two languages. Adding translation skill makes it precise,omissionmethod makes language of the translation conciseand fluent, extensionskills are to make the expression of the original context more accurateand more understanding. In a word, these techniques make the translationmore in line with all kinds of target language rules.This paper has chosen China’s contemporary outstanding literary workscalled the “midnight”,“second handshake”,“besieged city”etc and theirUyghur translation version as its basic material resource. Based on thetheoretical foundation of relevant theoretical methods of contrastivelinguistics and translation study, analyses and statement are conductedas to the boundary, application and function of the vocabulary translationtechniques called amplification, omission and extension used in Chinese-Uyghur translation. In on the basis of borrowing the English–Chinesetranslation theory and translation criticism, fully and systematicallyexplained the practical applicability of vocabulary translationtechniques in Chinese-Uyghur translation and its close connection withtranslation criticism.This paper consists of six parts: the first part is introduction, mainlythe purpose and significance of selecting title, research status at home and abroad, research ideas and methods were narrated; In the second part,a brief review about Chinese-Uyghur translation achievements in the studyof vocabulary translation skills and the existing problems was made; Thethird part mainly discusses the definition and classification ofChinese-Uyghur vocabulary translation skills; The fourth part conducts aclassified description as to the application premise and function ofChinese-Uyghur vocabulary translation technique; The fifth part discussesthe connection of Chinese–Uyghur vocabulary translation skills andtranslation criticism;The sixth part is conclusion, mainly concludes themain ideas and innovations in this paper.
