Chinese parenthesis plays an important role in the daily learning and communicative activities in overseas students. There are still some problems with Senior Vietnamese students in learning Chinese parenthesis. Therefore, this paper will make a research on Senior Vietnamese student’s learning of Chinese parenthesis. The whole text is divided into four parts: the first part is introduction, including research background and significance, the research review of Chinese parenthesis,research methods and corpus source; the second part is investigation and research of senior Vietnamese students in learning the Chinese parenthesis. This part has carried on a brief introduction and in the form of questionnaire on senior Vietnamese students learning Chinese parenthesis related situation is analyzed, including familiarity,conceptual understanding,usage intention, learning track,cognitive process from difficult to easy,mastery of situation. The third part summarizes characteristics of senior Vietnamese students in using Chinese parenthesis according to their compositions, the performance in the class and their speaking tests, analyzes the errors and offers five related teaching strategies, including increasing the amount of Chinese parenthesis,improving and perfecting the annotation and enriching the exercises in the textbook; designing specialized books; using spiral propulsion system of teaching Chinese parenthesis; paying attention to comparison and bias;creating linguistic environment actively and enriching the teaching method. The fourth part is the summary of the whole text.
