Complement of modern Chinese language is a very complex and important element. Complement is on a par with the Predicate, which together constitute the Complement Structure. Complement Structure in Chinese is an expression of the high frequency of use, so mastering Complement well is quite necessary for both Chinese and foreigners.Since it carried out Reform and Opening, China’s economy strengths and international influence is growing. Coupled with a long history of Chinese civilization, brilliant, foreigners are very interested in Chinese. Japan and China are close to each other, Japanese have a long history to learn Chinese. In recent years, this “Chinese fever” continues to heat up in Japan. Confucius Institutes and Confucius Classrooms can be seen everywhere in Japan. But the effect of Japanese students learning Chinese is less than ideal, especially to the Complement. This paper collect Chinese Complement sentence errors of the Japanese students from the “HSK dynamic composition corpus” and Japanese students’ work. And then, we put these sentences into 3 categories: word order error, omission error and error plus. Next, we analysis the reason why Japanese students made these errors, thus we come to the conclusion that: some students are affected by their mother tongue, some are affected by the target language rule overgeneralization, part of the reason is the textbooks, of course, they themselves are responsible for these sentence errors. On the next stage, we further make some suggestions based on the error type and the reason discussion. For example,we think the teachers should pay more attention to the comparison between Chinese and Japanese; they also should make attempts to improve their teaching skills and use some strategies in the classroom activities; the classroom teaching process may include error teaching activities. At the last part, we use 3 error charts to show the overall situation and the error distribution. By this way, we want to make the error distribution more impressive as well as intuition.
