| With the development of modern medicine pattern,nurses should improve their nursing capability to meet the new nusing service pattern,which is based on "human-centered".AS we all known,most of excellent medical resources are concentrated in top three hospitals.And the amount of out patient and in-patient quantity are in a large number.Therefore,nurses’workloads are very heavy and they have lots of tasks.The capability of nurse is related to people’s health and the nursing level of hospital.The effictency of hospital is related to the recruitment of nurse,person-post matching and training.All the above aspects will also cause to waste of labor and even aggravate the conflict between nurses and patients.Therefore,it is very important to set the standards of the recrultment training and evaluation of nurse.This study takes the nurses of the Wuhan first-class comprehensive hospitals as objects, which are equipped with existing competence level. The author has formulated competence level scale, probed into the relationship between the nurses of the comprehensive hospitals and their performances and also illuminated the predictive function of these two.(1)This study takes the nurses of the Wuhan first-class comprehensive hospitals as objects, develops a questionnaire of the nurses’competency, distinctly presents the five-dimensional structures, which are work attitude, interpersonal communication and professional learning, professional skills, and self management. The questionnaire shows good reliability, whose coefficient remains between 0.768 and 0.935, which demonstrates the implement is suitable to measure the competency level of the hospitals.(2)The average of the nurses’competency level remains 3.329, mainly in the middle-high level. The nurses’international communication and professional skills are the highest while the professional learning level is the lowest, and their work attitudes and self-management remain middle level.(3)The nurses’competency differ in gender, marriage, working years and their degree, which shows distinctive differences in interpersonal communication and professional skills; the married scored significantly different in interpersonal communication, professional learning level and professional skills; working years is a remarkable difference in their professional skills; degree plays an important role in their professional technology and work attitudes.(4)The five dimensions (work attitude, interpersonal communication and self-management) are strongly related to the nurses’job performance(task performance and peripheral performance); work attitude, communication and professional skills post a notable prediction on their task performance; self-management’s prediction is not significant to job performance but significant to peripheral performance. Work attitude, interpersonal communication, self -management, professional skills of the perimeter can be used to predict performance significantly. |
