Art design is a course requiring for creativeness and practice. It attaches great importance to student’s command of the theoretical knowledge and focuses on student’s practical training as well. Practical application ability of students not by the students themselves assessment, is not to be judged by teachers, but by social, business, client assessment. Social practice is necessary to solve the students’ practical ability. General education to the mere imparting of knowledge, accumulated as the goal; appeared to remember the type of thinking mainly stick to off-the-shelf theory; Most of the learning content to promote uniformity and standardization. Purely academic-based design education has been unable to meet the needs of social development, as out of touch with the social practice and subject to some controversy. The students immersed in narrow traditional skills, neglect of thinking and problem-solving abilities of the students, so that students can not give full play to the creativity and the creation of value, an unbearable weight design education. Whereas the combination of innovative education and social practice cultivate a thirst for knowledge, and development to create the ability for the target, require students to combine the professional knowledge and multidisciplinary knowledge learning, broaden their horizons, rich imagination, to promote diversity and autonomy of learning, promote classroom teaching and social practice, and research. This requires that we strive to practice to teach the concept of a knowledge-based transformation to the ability-based concept.Demonstration teaching of art design courses intends to create the authentic advertising context and allow the students to immerse themselves in the creative design. The core is designed to "students’ creative ability and practical ability to combine". The highlight of Demonstration teaching is the extensive case studies, which centers on student’s thinking process and contribute to cultivating the student’s capability. Demonstration teaching mode makes the learning process interactive. The teacher acts more like a guide or director than the controller in the classroom. Student’s participation and self-centered learning play a great role in learning with the teacher’s guide. Core lies in the design of the actual case analysis in the Process of the application of some knowledge, experience a kind of thinking method, to exercise a kind of ability to solve problems. Teachers to use all resources to improve students’ creative ability to adapt to the needs of the jobs as soon as possible, and do everything possible in cooperation with the professional company, the outstanding graduates back to school to school students their own experiences, and students in school classes, research work, classroom work and enterprise project, teacher evaluation, creative director of professional firms assessing the common evaluation criteria of student work. Application in the analysis of actual case design knowledge and experience of thinking exercise a form of problem-solving skills.In this paper, all kinds of literature proceed on course content, teaching mode, teaching methods, the actual teaching practice discourse only scientifically arranged in the school education curriculum, using the correct teaching methods to stimulate students’ passion for art, innovation ability and practical ability to penetrate to the specific aspects of teaching, in order to improve the level of professional art and design students in teaching. Combining with all kinds of relevant literature of our higher art design education training mode of specialized course teaching, industrial docking, as well as relations of sustainable development aspects of analytical thinking, and puts forward some exploratory proposals for reform to expect higher art design education in China’s future development to provide some reference and guidance.
