Content:Piano impromptu accompaniment class is the music colleges and universities(normal) is an important course of education, the quality of learning greatly affects the leveland quality of teaching of Teacher Education in primary and middle schools. Therefore, agood impromptu accompaniment class is an important task for each ordinary university musiclearning. The present due to various reasons, the piano accompaniment improvisation whetherquality of teaching quantity and culture changes, to adapt to changes in response to such, beimperative to reform the impromptu piano accompaniment course.This article take the Hebei province eighth session of elementary and middle schoolsmusic teachers singing competition as the breakthrough point, the problem to the authorserved as judges identity encountered as the research object, taking three colleges anduniversities the author city as an example, the current college improvisational accompanimentcourse is conducted to a brief summary and reform. Come to the conclusion: the Universityimpromptu accompaniment class cannot do without the basic theory of learning, whichclosely linked with the students of piano, harmony, musical form level courses, the onlyreasonable teaching objective, accurate subject orientation, teaching objects and contents,closely linked to strengthen the reform and practice of teaching methods, establish a perfectcourse construction security mechanism and assessment mechanism, actively cultivatestudents creative thinking ability to walk out of a new way of curriculum development.
