Abstract:As the new reform of basic education in our country, art education has become an important part of quality education, innovative curriculum idea, the development of curriculum resources, optimize the curriculum system and course of pertinence and effectiveness, become the urgent requirement of current basic education curriculum reform. In recent years, with the support of the relevant departments in the country, the basic education of our country got unprecedented development. Art education has been rapid development.In western minority areas, the condition of arts education is not good as north area. In remote rural areas, there is rich national cultural resources, because there is no reasonable development and utilization, a lot of excellent folk culture gradually lost. Therefore, starting from the actual of poor minority areas, According to the local conditions to the development and utilization of the rich folk fine arts curriculum resources, excavate its own latent advantage, protection and inheritance of ethnic folk culture is the ethnic minority areas is an important task of curriculum reform of fine arts. The author in the fine arts education work in countryside for a long time, realized the importance of rural education of fine arts deeply, this study is based on the actual investigation and study and the practice teaching, and from the pedagogy theory, multicultural integration education theory, Taylor R (.W.Tyel)r’ principle, the theory of teaching subject,such as the dimension of the multiple points of view, remote fine arts curriculum resources development in minority regions to explore some theory and practical application.There are five parts in this studyThe first chapter, elaborated the selected topic reason, theoretical basis, idea and method, and the definition of some introduction.The second chapter, make analysis to the folk fine arts resources, mainly analyzed the connotation of folk art and fine arts curriculum resources and classification.The third chapter, this paper introduces the general situation of folk art resources in Bijie. And on the basic of investigation and research in a variety of perspective, author will analyze the rural school administrators, teachers of fine arts, students on the folk fine arts curriculum resources development situation and existing problems in the development.The fourth chapter is the focus of this study, the main content is the folk art resources and application research on the development of the theory and practice. Combining the situation of fine arts curriculum resources development in Bijie, and the related problems, put forward the implementation of the related methods and interpretation. Mainly from the folk art resources development goals, the choice of content, how to develop and development evaluation and so on four aspects to discuss. Implementation of local teaching material is an effective way to develop the folk fine arts resources.The fifth part, the reflection, the main theme in the process of this study will deal with some problems and deficiencies, and the problems need to be further studied in the process of practice in the future.
