A Translation Report On The Microbial Pesticides Project

With the deepening of globalization in science and technology, international science and technology exchange activities also become increasingly frequent. As the largest market and second largest economy, China constructively participates in the international agricultural science and technology activities. Pesticide technology, as an important field of agriculture, accounts for a large proportion in the text of agricultural technology. This pesticide translation is a Chinese-English translation, totaling about 10000 words. This report explores the difficulties and corresponding translation methods illustrated with typical examples by using the translation methods of division, combination, and conversion.In the end, the report lays out the enlightenments and lessons from translation and lists the problems to be improved.
