To research the interpersonal intervention by the group guidance on seventh grade students, a broad questionnaire survey is used as a basic method, an experimental quantitative analysis and a qualitative research is done based on the survey materials. The research focuses on: To discuss the feasibility and the effectiveness of "Improve the interpersonal relationship of high school students by group guidance ". This study is based on previous research results on the theory and practice of interpersonal group guidance, use "independent samples measuring before and after " experimental design to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of group guidance in middle school students.Select two classes of seventh grade, one is the group guidance class, which is given a period of six group guidance, and the other one is the controlled class, there are 48 students in each class. Interpersonal relationship factors of Mental Health Scale for Primary and Middle School Students and Interpersonal Relationship Assessment Scale were measured to the two classes of students before and after the group psychological counseling. The results show that:1. It is good for the development of seventh grade students’ relationship and each factors. The score is upper-middle in 5-point scoring system.2. There are significant differences on gender and Whether in seventh grade students interpersonal level as a class cadre.3. the program could improve the ability of interpersonal communication, the remarkable immediate effect of this intervention program on improving the ability of interpersonal communication have been obtained, however the interpersonal relationship of controlled class have no significant differences. The remarkable immediate effect and sustained effect of this intervention program to improve the gregariousness and independence.Generally speaking, group guidance can effectively improve the relationship level of middle school.
