In this study, psychological capital(PSYCAP) refers to the positive mental state in the development and growth of the individual, which includes four dimensions of self-efficacy, optimism, hope and toughness. Work-life balance(WLB) means that the individual takes the least role conflict to achieve a good balance between work and life. Job control(JC) is the ability to be good at coping, and the influence that they have in their work. Previous research and practice showed that there is a close relationship between the employee’s PSYCAP, JC and WLB. To further clarify the relationship of the three, based on conservation of resources theory as the theoretical background and the results of the same field of other researchers, using the method of questionnaire survey, combined with correlation analysis and regression analysis by statistical software, we investigated the relationship between the PSYCAP, JC and WLB by 559 employees from 6 provinces and cities as the research object, and then enriched the relevant research from the angle of both theory and practice. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) PSYCAP and its 4 dimensions(Self-efficacy, hope, resilience, optimism) can predict WLB positively and independently.(2) PSYCAP and its 4 dimensions(Self-efficacy, hope, resilience, optimism) can predict JC positively and independently.(3) JC is a positive predictor of WLB.(4) JC partially mediated the relation between PSYCAP and WLB; JC partially mediated the relation between any dimension of PSYCAP and WLB.
