language is a important factor in culture, culture teaching is indispensable for the language teaching, as to teaching Chinese as a second language, Zhang Zhanyi has divided the culture in teaching Chinese as a foreign language into knowledge culture and communication culture from a function perspective. Knowledge culture is that kind of culture which makes no effect on the information transfer for people from two different kinds of culture background.while communication culture is the culture which can make a obstacle for the information transfer for people from two different kinds of culture background.The communication culture consist of two parts, the language communication culture and the non-language culture. The language communication is mainly consist of semantic culture and pragmatic culture, this paper has done a research on the content and the way how the knowledge culture and the communication lead in the textbooks of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. According to the above, the paper has introduced the principle of culture teaching,and studied teaching methods for knowledge culture and communication culture :Teaching methods for knowledge culture in class conclude lecture method, discussion method, demonstration method.Teaching methods for knowledge culture outside of class conclude practice method.Teaching methods for pragmatic culture in class conclude role play in communication scene method.Teaching method s for pragmatic culture outside of class conclude program show method and investigation method.As to the specialty of the semantic culture vocabulary,this paper has also introduce the attentions for teaching semantic culture vocabulary in semantic culture vocabulary teaching,including :the difference between English translation and Chinese original meaning of the semantic vocabulary,the classify the semantic words into different levels based on the“Chinese Language Vocabulary and outline hierarchy” and the attentions on teaching special structure vocabulary.This paper is beneficial to know about how the way the culture factors lead in the teaching textbooks and how to teach knowledge culture and communication culture in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
