Translation Report For Intellectual Property Law

This article is a translation report for the excerpts of Intellectual Property Law. This book divides intellectual property law into six areas: copyright, confidential information, unregistered and registered trade marks, patents, and industrial designs. Studying and translating the material is helpful for us to know more about the British intellectual property law and improve the author’s ability of legal translation. The author has developed an interest in intellectual property law during the graduate study.Therefore, with the instruction of her supervisor and according to her own interests and research direction, the author has chosen intellectual property law as the translation material and completed this translation report by herself.
