Along with the economic globalization, the advent of the information age, modern commercial exhibition has become the commercial activities and cultural activities closely related with people’s lives become international economy, culture, science and technology exchange platform, plays an important role in the development of human society, is one of the forms of modern society and culture.In the display symbols system, visual symbols is a main carrier to convey information and graphic language is an important medium for the visual symbol of the, to convey information effectively depending from the audience to the information understanding and sympathy, in commercial exhibition design to fully consider the visitors aesthetic consciousness, aesthetic taste and aesthetic pursuit. To explore how to choose meet visitors culture, customs and preferences, the value view, and graphical language of national psychology, exploring the rich creativity and cultural heritage of the display of visual symbols, build out to impress the visitors visual symbols, is the main research ideas.This paper mainly from three parts of the problem:First: from the analysis of the process of design and development of display design features, elaborated domestic and foreign exhibition des ign development. Through the research method, from the display and the analysis of the current situation of industry design, that currently in China show prominent problems existing in the design of-display design needs to design innovation and traditional cultural heritage, the new demand at the same time, with the background of the new technology of display design, analysis of modern commercial exhibition design development trend.Secondly: around the exhibition design, convey information on the show, from the dissemination of science and the perspective of semiotics, to the principle of people-oriented principle of display design as the center, integrated in the exhibition activities in psychological activity and sensory experience, explore the visitors in the exhibition information transmits effective reception in the process of, visual symbols is showing the main media of information dissemination, and graphic language is the visual symbol of the important means of expression and presentation information effectively convey the creativity of graphic language and cultural heritage.Finally: around display innovation and inheritance of the graphic language of the requirements of the research topic, first from graphic language features are analyzed, analysis of practical application of graphic language in exhibition design, combined with analysis of outstanding design case of graphic language abstract and figurative imagery expression exhibition in. Next, I focus on heritage of innovation and demand, Graphic Language Association of innovative thinking, graphic deconstruction and analysis of the application of technique of expression of the isomorphism, and the combination of C hinese traditional humanism humanistic philosophy, art, traditional symbolic patterns, with innovative thinking in the modern design application case study and analysis of graphic language innovation and cultural heritage.
