Language and culture has a close relationship since they were produced. Also language teaching and cultural teaching need work together to build the integral Chinese lesson. China has a long history of culture, festivals is a part of the culture and teaching festival culture is also an important part of the integral Chinese lesson.The rapid development of China’s comprehensive national strength has attracted worldwide attention, to promote the Chinese language is also an inevitable trend of the times. Carry out Chinese festival culture teaching can help students who study Chinese in foreign countries and foreign student that sutdy in China understand Chinese better. Cognitive Chinese festival cultural identity and thus Chinese culture as well.This paper joined the author’s own experience of teaching, experiments and reflection in Thailand. This study is around the topic "How to import Chinese festivals cultural in a foreign language course", use Spring Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival as the prime examples, focuses on traditional festivals import method. Use primary school and university students in Thailand as the the teaching experimental sample. Using three main methods to complete the contents: interviews method,observation method and literature analysis.The overall structure of this paper is divided into four parts.Part I : To investigate and find the questions.Eliminary investigation conducted by document analysis and survey interviews. Based on the findings and pay attention to raise Chinese cultural festival in Thailand. The mainly questions are ‘How to choose different courses for students of different ages?’ ’How to choose a way to teach which students interested in.’and ‘How to bring the knowledge out of the classroom to promote Chinese festival cultural knowledge.Part II: Analysis of the problems. Focuses on how to make a choice in teaching among all the Chinese festival culture based on the issue that raised earlier. Get he main idea of introducing the eight traditional festival, analysis how to choose right festival culture for learners of different levels.Part III: Explore solutions applies to actual teaching practice.Summary the 5 festival cultural import methods in Thailand‘s Chinese language courses these five methods are: classroom interaction method, actual experience method, public information board showing method, culture display panels method and other branches methods.Part IV discuess about what quality should teachers have at the time practical these issues, according to existing findings and classroom practice.Through the author’s practical and teaching experience on the subject of Chinese festival cultural teaching, hope this paper can play some inspiration for the future researches.
