Junior high school stage is a key stage for junior high school students. Better learning adaptability of juniour is important for the learning goals and the growth of juniour high students.In this study, the aspiration level, time management disposition and learning adaptability of junior high school students is investigated, and the relationship between three factors is further explored.In this research, 600 students in junior high school, who are living in Xin Zheng, Zheng Zhou and Kai Feng city, were taken as the object. Analyzed the characteristics of aspiration level, time management disposition and learning adaptability. The discussed the relationship among aspiration level, time management disposition and learning adaptability.The main research results are shown as follows:1. Tthe learning adaptability in junior high school is overall in good condition. Urban junior high schools students are better than rural students in learning method, learning attitude and learning adaptability. The learning method of junior high schools students ranging from 13 to 14 years old is the best. Junior high school students’ thirst for knowledge and learning adaptability decreases gradually with age, and grade two students reach the optimal state in learning adaptability, while grade three students are the poorest in the learning adaptability.2. The aspiration level in junior high school is overall in good condition. For single-parent junior high school students, the identity and expectation is higher than the non-single parent children. The interpersonal fusion of junior high school students declines gradually with age, while the sense of ability increases gradually. As for the grade, the interpersonal fusion of grade one students is the highest, and that of the grade two students is the lowest.3. The time management disposition in junior high school is overall in good condition.The boys in junior high school are better than girls in the social orientation, time values and feedbacks. Single-birth junior high school students are better than non-single-birth junior high schools students in the planning dimension and priority dimension of the sense of worth, individual dimensions, time control sense. Junior high school students ranging from 13 to 14 years old reach the optimal state in the individual orientation and time control sense.4. There are significant positive correlations between the ambition and learning adaptability of junior high school students, significant positive correlations between the ambition and time management tendency, and significant positive correlations between the time management tendency and learning adaptability.5. Time management tendency plays an intermediation role in the impact of ambition on the learning adaptability.
