In recent years,higher colleges teaching objectives gradually expand from a single culture technology talents for the country to cultivate the skills of both quality education and a new stage.In contemporary society,development of higher vocational colleges has been large-scale,education reform are also ongoing.The rapid development of higher vocational colleges,also put forward new demands of schools and teachers,namely vocational colleges cultivate technical talent for the whole society, to pay more attention to students’cultural quality education.Therefore,the language education in higher vocational college is particularly important.However,China’s current language education of higher colleges is not optimistic.Higher education institutions do not pay attention to the language, a single language teaching methods, students’lack of interest in language learning and other problems have seriously restricted the development of Chinese education in higher vocational colleges.Cultural quality of vocational college students need schools, teachers and students to cooperate with each other, with good and bad among them directly related to obtain the new development of the higher colleges language education.To deepen the reform of Chinese higher vocational colleges, highlight the purpose of the higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of language education, the study on the basis of status under Chinese Higher Colleges of education development, combined with specific samples, Chinese Higher Education institutions in the problems of research and exploration.First,to do a review of the background and significance of language colleges, vocational colleges of language development at home and abroad;then,noted the meaning of the "vocational colleges", "language education" and "language education of Chinese vocational colleges," next,take Railway Transportation vocational college in Hebei as an example, from the school, students and teachers three aspects of Chinese higher education institutions in-depth analysis, summed up the problems and causes of the current Chinese higher vocational colleges in existence;finally, to promote the development of language education in higher vocational colleges put forward countermeasures, including social, school and family in three aspects.Mainly from the emphasis on the social aspects of language education reform,schools and businesses to achieve a win-win, co-ordination, as well as to learn from foreign experience in Higher Education discusses three aspects;mainly on school instructional design, strengthening teachers, etc. to create a good atmosphere for learning language education;the family parents and students from the two aspects together to create a good internal environment for language education.
