Based on the "three laws" of the Skopos theory, this thesis has made a study on the translation of the revolutionary tourism text A Guide to the Revolutionary Tourist Attractions in Changsha. The thesis first has analyzed the contents and language features of the text, and then introduced the Skopos Theory and analyzed its guiding function in the translation of red tourism texts.
