Mobile phone addiction is the behavior that is caused by excessive use of the mobile phone out of control, which hinders the normal function of individual psychology and social function.It is found that there is a significant negative predictive effect of self control on addictive behavior. Self control is the psychological process of the individual to achieve the goal and the consciousness of the regulation, control, management of the individual’s cognition, emotion and behavior.While life satisfaction refers to the individual’s subjective satisfaction degree of his or her own life.To study the basic situation of the college students investigated by self control,mobile phone addiction and life satisfaction and study the relationship between all of the three things to provide guidance to correct the mobile phone addiction provide theory to improve life satisfaction of college students. This research is based on Xu Yi,Southwest University, compiled by college students self control ability questionnaire,Liang Yongchi,the Chinese University of Hong Kong, compiled by mobile phone addiction index scale and Diener, the United States psychologists, compiled the satisfaction with life scale table. This research also uses stratified cluster sampling method randomly which selected the Arts and Science of Hebei Normal University and received undergraduate for subject tested in group, and collected 430 data. All data is input to the computer, and use SPSS17.0 system to analyze the data, the results found:1. College Students’ self control ability is generally low, the difference is very significant in grade. The self-control ability of first grade students was significantly higher than other grade’s students.2. The detection rate of mobile phone addiction among college students was55.6%, but the score of addiction was in the medium level. Male college students’ mobile phone addiction index is higher than female college students, the students in urban areas are higher than those of rural students, and the students are significantly lower than other students.3. College Students’ overall life satisfaction level is generally high, the students’ life satisfaction level of urban students is significantly higher than that of rural students, the only child students are higher than the non-only child students, and the students are higher than those who do not undertake the work of students, the students’ life satisfaction level is significantly lower than the other three grades.4. There is relationship among self control of college students, phone addiction and satisfaction of life.5. Mobile phone addiction takes some effects between self control and satisfaction of life.
