With the popularity of social networking,more and more college students feel lonely in real life,because they feel that people around them can not understand themselves or do not have the sanme hobbies.The negative emotions caused by loneliness are likely to make them lose ability of self-control,which leads to cell mobile phone addiction.Mobile phone addictionleads to insomnia,decline in academic performance,cervical spondylosis and myopia,which have serious adverse effects on college students.Self-control ability refers to the ability of individuals to control their cognition and behavior,and be away from bad temptation,and achieve long-term goals.Therefore,in order to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of mobile phone addiction,this study explores the mediating role of self-control between mobile phone addiction and loneliness from the perspective of loneliness,and intervenes on this basis,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the mobile phone addiction of alleviating college students,and provides operable intervention for solving the practical problems of mobile phone addiction.There are two studies in this paper:In the first study,the convenience stratified sampling method was used to randomly select college students in guagnxi as subjects to conduct a survey.854 copies of data were collected by using the Smartphone Addiction Scale for College Students,the Self-Control Scale for College Students and UCLA.To explore the mobile phone addiction of college students and its relationship with loneliness and self-control.Study 2nd: On the basis of study 1st,20 students were randomly selected from the group of students whose total score of mobile phone addiction was more than 80.3(i.e.mobile phone addiction).They were randomly divided into thhe experimental group and the contrastgroup,and 10 students in each group.Group psychological counseling was conducted with a cognitive behavioral group counseling program focusing on enhancing the self-control of the subjects.The experimental group members were given group psychological counseling once a week for 7 weeks and 2 hours each time,while the contras group did not intervene,and to investigate the effect of thecounseling program and group counseling methods in improving college students' self-control and reducing their addiction on mobile phones.The main conclusions of the study are follows:1.Nearly one third of the subjects of college students have mobile phone addiction.The proportion of mobile phone addiction is not high.The problem of mobile phone addiction exists but is not very serious.2.There are significant gender and professional differences in self-control health habits and resisting temptation.In terms of health habits,female college students are significantly higher than male college students,while science students are significantly higher than liberal arts students;in terms of resisting temptation,male college students are significantly higher than female college students,and liberal arts students are significantly higher than science students.3.There are significant differences in the negative impact of mobile phone addiction and the updating dimension of APP among college students of different grades.4.Self-control has a significant negative predictive effect on mobile phone addiction,loneliness has a positive predictive effect on mobile phone dependence;self-control plays a completely mediating role in the relationship between loneliness and mobile phone addiction.5.Cognitive-behavioral group psychological counseling can improve college students' self-control ability,at the same time,it can reduce the loneliness level of college students to a certain extent,and have an intervention effect on college students' mobile phone addiction.
