More than 100 years of studies of creativity, the differences of education is not the core concerns of the researchers, It is due to that there is no clear theory or conclusion can prove the difference. This study refers to the mature scale which is widely used abroad, by means of questionnaire methods. This study focused on the migrant workers’ creativity, and explored the effects of difference level of education on creativity.Specifically, This research investigated 382 migrant workers lived in Zhejiang 、Jiangsu and Henan by the means of combining network questionnaire and paper questionnaire, further inquired the effects of difference level of education on migrant workers’ creativity, and explored the mediations of integrate knowledge in the relationship of migrant workers’ education and creativity, then test the moderation of creative personality in the relationship of migrant workers’ knowledge integration and creativity.The results showed that:(1)Migrant workers’ education had a significant positive impact on their creativity;(2)Migrant workers’ ability to integrate knowledge partially mediated their creativity;(3)Migrant workers’ creative personality moderated the relationship between their ability to integrate knowledge and creativity, when the creative personality was high,positive relationship between them was more significant.Finally, we discussed the theoretical and empirical significance, as well as the limitations of the study and future research directions.
