A Study On Construction Of Changchun City’s Community Culture In The New Period

City community culture is a product of social development, social construction of spiritual civilization and material civilization is the real significance of city community culture. There existing some problems in the construction of community culture, such as equipment resources’ lagging behind, weak team formation, shortage of professional staff, low enthusiasm in the participation of community residents. For these problems, we should constantly strengthen community cultural construction, perfecting the community culture construction and management system for the city residents and improving the cultural activities of the sense of participation as a supplement to solve. Community culture construction can promote each community residents to promote community construction and also can boost the city’s civilization level, so as to promote the rapid city development.This paper is divided into the following parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of domestic and international related research and innovation of this paper. The second part discusses the related concepts and theories. Firstly, the construction of community culture related Marx theory are discussed, and then discusses the necessity of city community culture construction in the new period.
