While the innovation of human resources management mechanism is theimportant part of the prison management mechanism. the key for future developmentof prisons lies in reasonable planning and management of the human resourcemanagement for prison people’s police as well as improving the comprehensivequality and execute capacity of the whole team so as to better accomplish the tasks ofsupervising and remolding prisoners.This thesis analyze the current situation of human resources management forprison police through the organization structure, the quantity and quality of police, thestructure of police. Pointe out the problems in human resources management, such asfuzzy in object, shortage in police quantity, unreasonable in police configuration, lowin police quality, lack of expertise, imperfect in training mechanisms, performanceappraisal and incentives mechanisms. Combined with the background and situation ofHebei province and the theory of public human resource management, put forwardmake the prison primary goal as remolding prisoners; classification of humanresources management, reset positions and presented technical positions; Broadenrecruiting channels, establish a comprehensive training system to improve the qualityof police, designed scientific performance appraisal index system and Incentivesmechanisms to improve the passion for work and improve the effective ofwork.Applying theoretical knowledge of public human resources management in Lprison, so as to provide scientific basis for prison police management, enhance themanagement level of prisons and promote modernization, scientification andstandardization of prison management.
