Forensic science department is an important professional and technicaldepartments. The functions of the department is to crack down on criminal, to ensuresocial stability. The development of forensic science department needs to establish aset of performance appraisal system which is a complex system.In this paper, firstly, reviews the status quo of public department performanceappraisal, combing the performance appraisal theory, combined with the actualsituation of forensic science department t of China, analyze performance appraisalsystem of public security forensic science department status quo, to identify issuesrelated to the presence of the performance appraisal system of public security forensicscience department.According to the problems for performance appraisal system of public securityforensic science department, based on the theory of performance appraisal, designs asystem for performance appraisal of public security forensic science department,Design and requirements the appraisal plan system, appraisal measurement system,appraisal feedback system and appraisal result application system.. In order to build acomplete performance appraisal system of public security forensic sciencedepartmentFinally, based on the full analysis of the performance appraisal system of publicsecurity forensic science department in XX, improve and design the performanceappraisal system of forensic science department, which is better and more systematic.According to the problems during designing, make the performance appraisal systemof public security forensic science department improve constantly through constantpractice, In order to improve the forensic science work overall performance appraisallevel, to achieve forensic science lasting, rapid development.
