Urban public transportation woks like the artery of modern city, which is significant to meet people's basic needs of shelter and food. Public transportation contributes a lot to the development of urban economy. Currently, among many traffic problems in metropolises, traffic jam is known as predominant problem. In order to solve the problem and push the public transportation enterprises to the market, we must introduce competitive mechanism, strengthen the system of financing and investment, implement franchise system, carry out the measure of bidding and bidding invitation and so on. The relative human resource management system can be helpful to put these measures into effect. But human resource management in public transportation enterprises still suffers problems such as shortage and loss of skilled personnel, unreasonable structure etc. The true cause lay in the fact that human resource management of public transportation enterprises is short of scientic and reasonable models. The enterprises urgently need to establish new human resource management systems which propel the urban public transportation enterprises forward.Starting with present situation of urban public transportation enterprises in China, this paper interprets the characteristic and status quo of human resource management of domestic and foreign urban public transportation enterprises, analyzes problems of human resource management in China, draws experience from human resource management models adopted by foreign public transportation enterprises, utilizes the basal principle of relative science including human resource management, optimizes human resource management model and system of A company, puts forward human resource management models of urban public transportation enterprises in China.Meanwhile, relating with the practice of Human Resource Management, this paper optimizes the human resource management of a listed public transportation...
