Study On The Human Resource Management Of Urban Public Transportation Enterprises

Urban public transportation woks like the artery of modern city, which is significant to meet people's basic needs of shelter and food. Public transportation contributes a lot to the development of urban economy. Currently, among many traffic problems in metropolises, traffic jam is known as predominant problem. In order to solve the problem and push the public transportation enterprises to the market, we must introduce competitive mechanism, strengthen the system of financing and investment, implement franchise system, carry out the measure of bidding and bidding invitation and so on. The relative human resource management system can be helpful to put these measures into effect. But human resource management in public transportation enterprises still suffers problems such as shortage and loss of skilled personnel, unreasonable structure etc. The true cause lay in the fact that human resource management of public transportation enterprises is short of scientic and reasonable models.
