The malemigrant workers’ mobility intention are stronger than the females; the younger’s arestronger than the elders; and mobility intention of the one who lack of professionalskills is stronger than the one who masters professional skills; lower career identitymakes the new generation of migrant workers’ occupational mobility intention strongerthan the higher’s.The second is family factors.
