With the new urbanization, new rural construction projects into the peak period isto protect the government to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of keymanagement level, improve government performance as other residents, the variousgovernment has always pursued. But how to improve government performanceevaluation of the first premise is to fully and correctly measure governmentperformance, the government must establish a set of scientific performance evaluationsystem. How to choose a different performance evaluation system, and thus theformation of the government development index system, which is the key governmentmanagement performance evaluation and assessment, as well as performance evaluationdifficulty lies smoothly. This article uses AHP method, Delphi method, the coefficientmatrix analysis method to establish an index containing6,28two indicators measuringgovernment performance indicators system, and using the above methods weredesigned index values and weights. This paper constructs a set of governmentperformance evaluation system, proven system that sets targets and correspondingweights designed to meet the actual development of the status quo, so the system for aset of indicators to measure the performance of the government administration has highpractical and theoretical reference.This article uses AHP method, Delphi method and other methods of selection ofindicators and targets different given different weights, and the following conclusions:(1) Index constructed areas.
