During the process of Emergencies handling,government establish mutual trust and communicate mechanism with media, make full use ofthe advantage of media’s information broadcasting, communicate with the media normality, isessential to stable temporarily disorder social system.Guangdong as the antecedence of “Reform and Opening”, after practice several decades,has formed a Guangdong characteristics food supervision system and media environmentinitially. In fact, in case of Emergencies happened, supervise administration deal with thecrisis hasty after the Emergencies happened, establish a leading group hurriedly, determineeach other’s responsibilities, division and work steps. Especially when the incident evolvedinto a public crisis, government always involve into isolation and confusion situation, orirrespective media and news regular, make media and public feel discontent.Therefore, this paper will combines Communications, Administration management,Public relations and Crisis Management theory, make Guangdong government’s mediainformation communicate status for the instance, research the problem and strategy ofgovernment’s crisis information communication mechanism in public crisis management. Atthe same time, select food safety emergencies for typical case, research the problem andanalysis the reason pertinence, and on the basis of drawing on domestic and foreigninformation communication experience, put forward the strategy of solution, to providedecision-making reference for government to deal with food safety emergencies effectively.
