With the needs of social development, the application of human resource managementtheory and technology to strengthen the public security bureau of internal management is amain mode gradually adopted of public security bureau at all levels today. As a basis forhuman resource management, Job analysis provides a basic platform to build and integratethe public security personnel management system, which is a prerequisites to establish ascientific, effective and sound personnel management system, so the job analysis study isextremely important and significance for doing well personnel managementIn this paper, adopting the method of the theory and practice, combining the theory&research methods of job analysis and personnel management’s actual situation of YangjiangPublic Security Bureau closely, job analysis program is optimized and designed with modernpersonnel management features based planning and organization functions, to achieve thestated objectives of personnel management, to solve the problems in personnel managementof Yangjiang Public Security Bureau and to promote the personnel management of YangjiangPublic Security BureauResults of this study is to identify the problems of personnel management of YangjiangPublic Security Bureau through scientific job analysis methods, and using relevant theories ofjob analysis to solve and improve problems; and detailed descript the job analysis techniquesand methods suitable for the public security bureau, the preparation of job descriptions, aswell as the actual operation of the process in Yangjiang Public Security Bureau. Finally theoutcome of the job analysis is applied to the personnel management practice of YangjiangPublic Security Bureau, in order to improve the efficiency of public security bureau, topromote the whole combat effectiveness of police officers, and it has some reference andinspiration for the personnel management of public security force.The innovation of this paper is to fill the integrated use of job analysis methods inpersonnel management work of public security bureau, to provide useful inspiration forexploring and improving the personnel management work of public security bureau in, whileproviding new ideas and methods for personnel management in the public sector.
