A Research On The Construction Of Public Services In Zhucheng Rural Community

Lack of public services construction in rural areas is the short board of rural development. For a long time, in China’s rural areas, there exists a lot of problems such as the lack of public resources, low level of public services and institutional contradictions, etc. How to coordinate the integrated development of urban and rural, to achieve the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas, is not only a theoretical problem requiring urgent research, but also a practical problem to be solved.This paper uses the developing and practical experience of domestic and foreign community construction for reference, chooses the practice and exploration of public services construction in ZhuCheng rural communities as the study target and research on the problems of rural community public services systematically and comprehensively.Firstly, the research puts forward the concept and principle of public service construction, establishes the evaluation criteria of public services, and summarizes the mechanism of public services in rural communities.Secondly, the study analyzes the contents and present situation of rural community public services, summarizes the practices in people’livelihood services, economic construction, organization construction and living patterns and explores its characteristics and value.Thirdly, this paper summarizes the problems and deficiency of public services construction in rural communities of ZhuCheng, such as the public service platform construction, the supply of public service and the sustainable development of public service construction.Finally, the study puts forward strategies and suggestions for improvement in investment mechanism, platform construction, security system, living polymerization and democratic autonomy.The innovation point of this paper is reflected in the following aspects. First of all, it explores the present situation of the public services construction in rural communities and forms a relatively perfect theoretical system, which provides a reference to coordinate urban-rural integration development and achieve equalization of basic urban-rural public services. On this basis, this paper puts forward strategies and suggestions which are pertinent and effective through the analysis and summary about the practice and experience of rural community public services.
