The Establishment Of The Relationship Between Government And Social Organizations In Social Governance

The effective governance of society can not only minimize social risks, ease social conflicts, but also can accelerate the development of the great cause of our socialism. Social contradictions and risks in China present new characters in transformation phase. The best way to deal with these problems is effective social management whose prerequisite is the handling of the relationship of the main bodies. With the deepening of reformation and the changing of national condition, the relationship between the government and social organizations need to be adjusted and optimized, so that a benign interaction according to national conditions at present can be founded.This paper makes a study of the relationship between the government and social organizations in social management to achieve the desired effect of enlarging their relationship to details. The paper first introduces the two main bodies which are government and social organizations in social management in their perspective status and the relationship between them and other subjects. Then put an emphasis on the relationship between them in social management from the aspects of the innovation of social management. Next, it gives a summary of the characters and experience of their relationship under the framework of the theoretical model to arrive at the best selection criteria of the theoretical model, which is the basic condition of China in present stage. Finally, it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the government and social organizations in social management to give a deep understanding of the basic condition in China, then find out specific measures and methods according to the existing problems, further find out a benign interaction that most conforms to China’s national condition between the government and social organizations.The study of the relationship between the government and social organizations in social management is beneficial to their mutual independence organizationally, supplement functionally. It also contributes to the establishment of a benign relationship of mutual supervision, mutual affection, mutual correlation dependence and mutual promotion. It has an important theoretical value and practical significance to strengthen social management, promote the establishment of a fair, stable and harmonious relationship; to overcome legitimacy crisis, reduce the pressure on the government and meet the demand of social pluralism; to promote social sustainable development, improve the management level of social and public affairs and satisfy the needs of social and public interest.
