Especially since2008, environmental groups, events weredeveloping rapidly escalating situation and exposed the existence of the system interms of construction, operation mechanism and management measures can not copewith environmental group events defect to China’s legal system is proposed challenge.Therefore, the environmental group events control is urgent. This paper attempts tostudy on the basis of many scholars in the existing environment and the legal systemis modeled by law, and law and economics, sociology, environmental law groupevents analyzed through its feasible concept, nature, necessity and control ofexposition to find the most effective solution.
