Study On The Role Of Owners’ Commitee In City Community Governance

Urban community governance is an extremely complex project which also has aclose link with the quality of people’s life. Its implementation not only needs the positivefunction of each community individual with the corresponding community governance,but also desires the residents’ participation thanks to the rapid growth of massconsciousness. Therefore, we consider the function of owners committee is increasinglyimportant within the modern city community, and a critical role in community governance.In this regard, this paper focus on the owners committee in the community governanceissues by identifying the governance problems of community governance through thestudy on the committee’s current situation. Also, we propose the corresponding solutionson the motivation of clarifying the role of owners committee, encouraging its autonomousfunction and further drive the owners to actively involve themselves into the governancework. We believe that, the community resources can be optimally allocated under someappropriate governance methods which can consequently increase the quality of residents’daily life while make a positive inspiration for the governance of urban communities ofour country.
